Our ambition and growing success has led to continued expansion of our team. We are now looking for a talented, ambitious and experienced Senior Client Lead to join our team.
This role is accountable for shaping and managing projects with clients, facilitating their engagement, the engagement of other stakeholders (including healthcare professionals) and ultimately ensuring delivery that makes impact and exceeds client expectations. As the company grows according to its strategic plan, career growth is very possible, and the new team member may be looking to assume further accountability or to provide their leadership contribution to help drive our future success.
Core responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Client service
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of client business, industry, their competitors, and business objectives
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, based on knowledge of their business and the market; challenge and negotiate where appropriate
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage clients’ expectations
- Identify opportunities for additional growth with existing clients
Account management
- Develop and manage projects effectively, acting as the primary client contact where appropriate with support from Triducive Content Lead partner and other members of the team as needed
- Take responsibility for the operational status of accounts and support client billing, ensuring profitability
- Ensure all written communication is produced within Triducive House Style format and quality
- Assist the Business Development Lead in preparation and delivery of presentations and new business proposals
Meeting facilitation
- Demonstrate strong capability to lead and facilitate face to face and online meetings with clients and with healthcare professionals to achieve specific objectives required to drive projects forward
- Collaborating with Triducive Content Lead partner to produce high quality, pertinent outputs that meet client needs and support their business objectives
People
- Contribute to a supportive learning culture, coach and mentor team members, aiming to get the best from others
- Provide constructive and timely feedback, and offer support and guidance where necessary
- Identify areas of development where necessary and highlight to HE management team
Experience and qualifications
The ideal requirements of the team member would include:
Level of experience & qualification
- At least 3 years account management experience within a medical education agency (or similar business)
- Science degree, business / communication related degree (or similar)
Skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Sound scientific understanding of life-sciences / human biology
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and use own initiative
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent editing and quality control skills
