Senior Client Lead
Are you a Client Account Manager / Program Manager with experience and looking for a challenge that helps you grow?
Why do we need you?
Working with a broad range of healthcare clients across global markets in roles ranging across marketing, market access, policy and medical affairs – you will be accountable for shaping and managing projects (including Delphi consensus-based campaigns and development of other communication tools and activities) with clients. As part of this, the Senior Client Lead will also facilitate input from other stakeholders (including HCPs, Scientific Leaders) and ultimately ensure that delivery makes real impact and exceeds client expectations.
As the business continuously develops there will be potential for career growth, and the new team member may be looking to assume further accountability or to provide their leadership to help support our future success.
What’s the role about?
Your work will span 4 main areas and will include:
Design effective communication campaigns using a sound understanding of client business, industry, their competitors, and business objectives
Provide strategic counsel to clients, based on knowledge of their business and the market; challenge and negotiate where appropriate
Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage clients’ expectations and to identify opportunities for additional growth by anticipating their needs effectively
Demonstrate strong capability to lead and facilitate face to face / online meetings with clients, and with healthcare professionals to achieve specific objectives required to drive projects forward
Collaborating with the Triducive Content Lead partner to produce high quality, pertinent outputs that meet client needs and support their business objectives
Develop and manage projects effectively, acting as the primary client contact where appropriate with support from Triducive Content Lead partner and other members of the team as needed
Take ownership of the operational status of accounts to ensure projects delivered to a high level of client satisfaction
Assist the Business Development Lead in preparation and delivery of presentations and new business proposals
Contribute to a supportive learning culture, encouraging team members, aiming to get the best from our team
Provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues where necessary to help improve client outcomes or to address challenges as they arise
Identify areas of own development and opportunities to support this
What we’d like to know about you
The new team member will be comfortable at taking the lead on shaping and delivering projects, and will be focused on ensuring high quality outputs for clients.
The ideal background of the new team member would include:
At least 3 years account/ client management experience within a medical communications agency (or similar business)
Science degree, business / communication related degree (or similar)

Medical & Content Writer
Are you a Medical Writer or Medical Education Content Developer, with experience and looking for a challenge that helps you grow?
Why do we need you?
You will be accountable for development and delivery of content for local affiliate or regional/global clients; this will be across a range of medicines and devices across a range of therapy areas. Your outputs will include original research manuscripts ready for publication (with the potential for your authorship to be cited), plus a range of medical education and communication materials that will become our client’s campaigns.
As the business develops there will be potential for career growth, and the new team member may be looking to assume further accountability or to provide their leadership to help support our future success.
What’s the role about?
Your work will span 3 main areas and will include:
Medical writing for a range of brand communication materials, including the regular development of Delphi Consensus manuscripts
Design and development of other creative communication materials that engage a range of healthcare professional roles (across varied global geographies), to be used across different communication channels
Leadership of quality control activities to ensure focus on continual improvement of output quality
Working in partnership with client-facing colleagues to ensure the communications are developed with the needs of the client and address their objectives/challenges
Helping to build positive relationships through productive communication with clients
Contributing to a supportive learning culture, encouraging team members, aiming to get the best from our team
Provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues where necessary to help improve client outcomes or to address challenges as they arise
Identify areas of own development and opportunities to support this
What we’d like to know about you
The new team member will be comfortable at taking the lead on delivering materials that meet the project brief (using MS, Adobe and other applications) and will be focused on ensuring high quality outputs for clients.
The ideal background of the new team member would include:
At least 2 years medical writing experience in a medical/scientific communications setting
Life sciences degree (or similar)
Ideally possess a level of recognised training in medical / communications writing or a willingness to achieve this if not.
