Medical & Content Writer
Are you a Medical Writer or Medical Education Content Developer, with experience and looking for a challenge that helps you grow?
Why do we need you?
You will be accountable for development and delivery of content for local affiliate or regional/global clients; this will be across a range of medicines and devices across a range of therapy areas. Your outputs will include original research manuscripts ready for publication (with the potential for your authorship to be cited), plus a range of medical education and communication materials that will become our client’s campaigns.
As the business develops there will be potential for career growth, and the new team member may be looking to assume further accountability or to provide their leadership to help support our future success.
What’s the role about?
Your work will span 3 main areas and will include:
Medical writing for a range of brand communication materials, including the regular development of Delphi Consensus manuscripts
Design and development of other creative communication materials that engage a range of healthcare professional roles (across varied global geographies), to be used across different communication channels
Leadership of quality control activities to ensure focus on continual improvement of output quality
Working in partnership with client-facing colleagues to ensure the communications are developed with the needs of the client and address their objectives/challenges
Helping to build positive relationships through productive communication with clients
Contributing to a supportive learning culture, encouraging team members, aiming to get the best from our team
Provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues where necessary to help improve client outcomes or to address challenges as they arise
Identify areas of own development and opportunities to support this
What we’d like to know about you
The new team member will be comfortable at taking the lead on delivering materials that meet the project brief (using MS, Adobe and other applications) and will be focused on ensuring high quality outputs for clients.
The ideal background of the new team member would include:
At least 2 years medical writing experience in a medical/scientific communications setting
Life sciences degree (or similar)
Ideally possess a level of recognised training in medical / communications writing or a willingness to achieve this if not.

Business Operations Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing healthcare consultancy that helps clients achieve better healthcare decisions. Triducive is proud to work with healthcare clients such as pharmaceutical and medical device companies across global markets.
Our ambition and growing success of our consensus-based communications has led to continued expansion of our team. We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and enthusiastic Business Operations Lead to join our team.
Within this new role, you will provide support to all areas of our business operations and help enable the team to deliver high-impact communications and programs to a growing base of clients.
As the company grows according to its strategic plan, career development is real and the team member may be looking to assume further accountability over time and be instrumental in Triducive’s expanding entrepreneurial capability and ambition.
Core responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Operations Lead will include:

Maintain the Customer Relationship Management approach and support the business development processes

Build and maintain Triducive website and in-bound marketing activities, suggesting and delivering improvements

Support project management processes and team-working / team effectiveness

Support client-facing activities (e.g. materials development) as required

Support new business pitches and proposal development where required
Requirements
The ideal team member will be:

Ambitious, tenacious, with a strong interest in and acumen for business

Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

Self-motivated, flexible and able to thrive working in an autonomous and entrepreneurial environment

Able to effectively use IT packages including Microsoft software programs and to navigate online media channels such as LinkedIn etc.

Some experience in project management, including managing time, project priorities and/or budgets

Excellent written English and able to proof-read for grammatical accuracy and audience applicability
With a drive to support a growing business and act as a strong team player, the successful candidate will have good project management and communications skills, as well as a strong ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.
A business or scientific degree (or similar) would be preferred, and knowledge of the healthcare environment would be desirable.
